Silverbell Self Storage will be closed next Wednesday, July 4th to celebrate our nation’s Independence Day. Current tenants will have gate access during regular hours.

If you live near our facility and aren’t sure what activities are going on in the area, here are a few suggestions:

• Star Spangled Spectacular at Silverbell District Park
  • 7548 N. Silverbell Road; 5pm – 9pm

This is the largest event of the year in the Marana area and is sure to be a blast for people of all ages. There will be two stages with music, over 30 food trucks with a beer garden, jumping castles and waterslides, and of course a dazzling firework show.

• Oro Valley July 4th Celebration at Naranja Park
  • 810 W. Naranja Drive; 5pm – 9:30pm

Cool off with some delicious Eegee’s and enjoy some pizza or tacos in Oro Valley. This kid friendly event will have face-painting, a rock climbing wall, as well as arts and crafts. The park pool will be open from 12pm-4pm, and the Overlook restaurant will be hosting a BBQ dinner.

• 22nd Annual A-Mountain Fireworks Celebration at the Tucson Convention Center
  • 260 S. Church Avenue; 7pm – 10pm

This local staple celebration sponsored by Desert Diamond Casinos will include entertainment and food vendors in the TCC parking lots, or you can visit the many restaurants and bars in the nearby 4th Avenue and Downtown Tucson areas. The night sky will begin to be filled with fireworks at around 9:15pm. Parking is free in the TCC lots, and the SunLink Streetcar will be running as well.
